Level System

Education begins the moment Service Providers are hired and continues through their entire career with us. Each Service Provider begins in our Associate Training Program prior to serving our guests. This is a 6-9 month program where Cosmetology School Graduates or Apprentices are paired with a top service provider to advance their skills and learn the HC way. Advanced training continues several times per year throughout their career.

The ultimate promotion is when you become a ‘Mentor’. At this point, the ‘Mentor’ takes an ‘Associate’ under their wing. This enables them to pass on their knowledge, training our next generation of Rock Star service providers.

You are a guest HC Salon! We never want you to feel you are locked into one particular service provider. Our entire staff works together as a team and welcome you to visit other service providers.

• Perhaps your regular service provider isn’t available.
• Maybe you typically see a level 4 or 5 stylist, but to save money for a vacation, you choose to visit a Level 1 Stylist this visit (or every visit thereafter). ​
• Or perhaps you just want a fresh point of view.

No matter what your reason, it is a personal choice. We just want you to be happy and get the best value for your time & money. Regardless of who you choose to visit, we are happy to share information with our fellow teammates, and make sure that you have the best we can offer.
